I advise waiting until around 3 months postpartum to start this course.

Massage can help to prevent the build up of scar tissue so working on your tummy and scar before another pregnancy can be helpful. However it is not advisable to massage your scar during pregnancy so if you are already pregnant you should wait until after you’ve had your baby to start this course.

Absolutely not! Scar tissue can be worked on years (even decades) after a C-section. I’ve seen women in their 40s and 50s get results using these exact techniques.
