There are two sets that I recommend and that I use in my treatments. 

The pink ones are softer than the blue ones and it is personal preference which ones, if any you would like to use. 

You may like to start with the pink ones and work your way up to the blue ones. 

The blue ones are bigger and good for using on your tummy area above your scar or other areas of the body.
