I’m 18 months post-partum, is the hub suitable for me?
Yes absolutely! I’m passionate about the fact that it’s NEVER too late to make changes to your tummy and scar and you can start massaging and see the difference. There is also a dedicated section for mums who are a year or more post-partum. Our bodies have an amazing capacity to heal and to change, there is always hope and something we can try whatever stage we are at
How is this different to your overhang courses?
This course is designed to be a complete guide to your scar, how to massage it and all topics relating to it. The overhang courses are specifically designed to improve your overhang.
I'm nervous about massaging my scar and find it hard to touch - will the content be suitable for me?
It is so understandable to be nervous but remember, you only have to do as much as you feel comfortable with and I will always give alternatives if you are not happy to try anything I am teaching. Most women who’ve done my massage classes and tutorials have been able to touch their scars for the first time and felt really good about it afterwards.
How soon after My C-section can i join?
You can join as soon as you feel ready or some people like to join before their baby is born so they can read through the sections such as ‘what to expect after your C-section’. You will only start scar massage once your scar is fully healed but there are lots of resources to get going with before that stage.
I never done scar massage before, will i be able to do it?
Yes absolutely. No experience necessary! We walk you through step by step and will have you confidently massaging your scar in no time.
